Fixing Butterflies

Here is the thing, and it’s surprising, but it’s true: A good friend of ours recently acquired a job working as a butterfly repairman. None of us are sure how he got this new job. Previously, this good friend worked as a jeweler, so he is well-suited for his new job of butterfly repairman; he has good hands, good eyes; hands and eyes that are used to frowning and bending over tiny things, in the dark.
